[Xitami] To make turn Xitami and PHP under OS/2

It's late. To complete the sentences I left incomplete: I still use
Xitami for Windows. But I use Web/2 for OS/2 on that platform.
Stability of OS/2 Xitami failed for me when my web server started
getting heavy constant hits (other's experiences may vary).
Oh that guy may be French but there are plenty of online
translation services open for those who know how to use them.
