[Xitami] FTP connecting users to LAN IP

For some reason when users connect to my FTP server when they use the =
PASV command it connects them to 192.168.1.15....  That is my LAN IP =
address.  I'm running this FTP server behind a router/firewall but i =
have ports 80, 21, and 200 forwarding to my computer... It works local =
and i tried to set my passive ip address to my external ip and it still =
connects to the lan address... please help....
