[Xitami] FTP Ports

I've got an outside router (which I control) and a range of public IP addresses (My lan is 
further inside behind a NAT firewall)

I'm setting up an Xitami v2.4d6 server on one of my public IP addresses.

With the following settings:

	IP port base: 0
	Port for FTP connections: 21
	Maximum FTP connections: 4
	Data connection port: 200
	Passive IP address:All addresses

And with no other servers running on this computer.

Am I right in assuming that that:

	HTTP only needs port 80
and

	FTP only needs ports 21, 200, 201, 202 and 203

to pass thru my outside router so that these services are publicly available.

Also is this true for both passive and normal FTP
