Well, you're "computationally challenged" in that you're using
Microsoft's Outlook as a mailer: however, even that allows people to look
at the headers of mails, if they have the will so to do.
If you look at such headers, you'll see that they include:
| List-Help: <mailto:xitami-request@lists.xitami.org?subject=help>
| List-Post: <mailto:xitami@lists.xitami.org>
| List-Subscribe: <http://lists.xitami.org/mailman/listinfo/xitami>,
| <mailto:xitami-request@lists.xitami.org?subject=subscribe>
| List-Id: Xitami Users General Discussion <xitami.lists.xitami.org>
| List-Unsubscribe: <http://lists.xitami.org/mailman/listinfo/xitami>,
| <mailto:xitami-request@lists.xitami.org?subject=unsubscribe>
| List-Archive: <http://lists.xitami.org/pipermail/xitami/>
I would think that this provides the information you seek: otherwise, I
would appear to have misunderstood your question, so perhaps you would
care to rephrase it?
