[Xitami] Xitami Admin access?

I deleted Xitami and reinstalled it again. Now I can access to 
the Admin area.

Really strange. Because the Default.aut look exactly the same 
look as before!

I added in the Filter section (xitami.cfg) the following line:
[Filter]
.php=d:\php3\php.exe

but the .php pages do not work. 

What are the possible causes?
