afaik normally no.
The main ability of Xitami compared to another servers is a higher speed.

weird ways - slow down the computer, remove memory, ask isp to reduce
bandwidth, etc.

One normal thing (for any web server) - use robots.txt rules to reduce unwanted
traffic to search engines.
