Well, that's true only if the cert isn't a *.CertDomain.com cert.  However,
according to the HTTPS RFC, only sub-domains work.  So, with a
*.CertDomain.com cert. the sub-domain my.www.CertDomain.com will fail a
browser check, but www.CertDomain.com won't.

That, of course, __assumes__ that all browsers follow the HTTPS RFC 100%.
