[Xitami] htaccess

Nope, Xitami doesn't support htaccesss. When you add a new userid, just keep on clicking Save until you get to the main menu (or it
doesn't show the save button any more), then restart the server.

Does Xitami support htaccess under windows? I've tried
updating the private area with new userids, but Xitami
doesnt seem to recognize them (and yes, I did stop and
restart the server).  I can use the existing security,
and that seems to work.  Any advice would be appreciated.
