usually, it's computers on the wan side infected with viruses like sircam.
get used to it, you'll see many, many such hits in your log.

i don't know much about iis exploit-related worms, since i don't use windows,
but they're certainly out there.  try searching for some of the more
distinctive strings in google and you'll get piles of information.
