[Xitami] Sokrates 1.3 - Weekend release

hi there,

the usual weekend release :-)

we removed the remote administration client. a newer and better
technology (servlet based) is on the way - stay tuned !

1.3  HttpServletResponse: don't redirect if target contains
protocol
     Internal changes for remote administration.
     Removed RemoteGUI from package.
     Fix in ServletOutputStream.

1.2  (Internal release)
     HttpServletResponse: bufix in redirectURL
     ServletRequest#getServletPort() got a workaround for the 
     "server_port=0" bug in Xitami 2.5b5
