[Xitami] Cool CGI idea...

I found a really good idea for those of you who use CGIs (haven't tried it,
but it might help ease the DoS/DDoS issue with CGIs).  Put them in a RAM
drive as well as the location of the filters (pipe????.flt).  Obviously,
you need a decent chunk of spare RAM to do this, but it would speed things
up quite a bit...

Xitami is by far the better of the two web servers feature-wise (Savant is
pretty (GUI-wise), but has some serious limitations - e.g. no VHosts).  I'm
currently making comparison charts of various servers in case anyone is
wondering why I'm looking at a different web server.  I don't plan on
leaving Xitami for a while.
